Truly a class for every body! This class is appropriate for all abilities. Lotus Eastern Yoga is a calm and gentle exercise combined with music. It is based on a series of  108 artistic movements designed to develop flexibility and strength. It is also designed to provide relief for those who suffer with the constant discomfort of arthritis, backache, constipation, hypertension, indigestion, insomnia, nervous system disorders, or other similar health conditions. This program provides a means to control weight, increase energy levels and speed up the metabolism.

In today's complex and tension-filled society, Lotus Eastern Yoga provides a natural way to relieve stress and maintain an energized and dynamic lifestyle. This program is originally the result of twenty-five years of development by Oriental Masters Hae Won and Kang Rhee and was brought to the central Wisconsin area by Instructor Christy Pryga. It uniquely combines Yoga from India, TaiChi from China and Hang Sun from Korea.

Instructor, Christy Pryga, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion & Wellness from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.  She holds the rank of 2nd Degree Black Belt in the art of PaSaRyu Martial Arts and has trained under Master Kang Rhee.  Christy has been practicing and instructing Lotus Eastern Yoga since 2000.
